MOONLEAF TEA SHOP’S WHITE TARO MILK TEA

Yesterday my friend and I went to Moonleaf Tea Shop Marikina Branch to have a chat and of course do some ‘hunting’. I saw this pretty card board sign ‘WHITE TARO’ and instantly my insides went insane. I’ve been waiting fro Moonleaf to have a Taro Milk Tea ( ‘cause it’s my favorite ). So there wasn’t a single doubt that time that I’ll be ordering the White Taro milk tea. Though, when I saw the price, it’s 85 pesos, it’s a little pricier than the other usual milk tea favorites there (they always make the new flavors pricier), I took the risk and ordered it. For the fucking 50,000 times, they haven’t memorized my name, it’s Agy and it’s not that hard to spell. First sip, I was like ‘it needs a shake’, second sip, ‘is my tongue too dry?’, third sip, ‘THIS IS NASTY’. I didn’t enjoy, seriously, I hated it. I hate the taste, it tastes so artificial, no texture what so ever, it left me dry. Plus, it was a ‘lil bitter, half way it almost tasted like some cheap non-fat milk. I’m so disappointed, thank you.
